All Malaysia Reports (AMR) is fast and reliable reporting of appellate and High Court decisions which make it an essential source of reference for all judges, lawyers, judicial officers, academics and law students. Cases are selected on importance and point of law by an experienced editorial team and can be downloaded in PDF.

All Malaysia Commercial Reports (AMCR) is available from 2011 till 2016. The reports contain commercial cases from the Federal Court, Court of Appeal and High Court on the following subject areas:

All Malaysia Tax Cases

All Malaysia Tax Cases (AMTC) reports revenue law cases decided in Malaysia commencing from the Special Commissioners of Income Tax, up to the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Federal Court.    

It is a comprehensive collection of cases from 1937 to current, reporting on revenue cases decided in Malaysia, complemented by a complete yet concise case summary of each decision highlighting the legal principles involved, and the application of the legislation relevant to the issues in contention.   

Wherever applicable, cross-references are made to the corresponding appeal to the higher courts and its final decision. It includes a wide spectrum of tax law ranging from income tax, real property gains tax, investment incentives, stamp duty, to Labuan tax, etc.    

AMTC is a must for legal practitioners specialising in tax and accounting as it will help with research and enable the proper application and understanding of the legal issues that arise within this area of law.

Borneo Law Reports (BLR) (Vols 1-10)

Borneo Law Reports contains cases from selected areas of law that are peculiar to Sabah and Sarawak, and provides a very valuable collection of such cases for future reference. The publication also contains rich case law on subjects that are applicable throughout Malaysia, including administrative law, banking law, bankruptcy, civil procedure, company law, constitutional law, contract, criminal law, criminal procedure, evidence, family law, revenue law and tort.

Malaysian Company and Securitites Law Cases

The report mainly focuses on companies and securities law cases. It consists of headnotes and judgments together with subject index, table of reported cases, cases judicially considered, and legislation referred to. Reports are available from 1950 to 2016.

Personal Injury Reports (PIR)

Being a monthly publication, PIR keeps legal practitioners updated on the latest awards made by the lower courts as well as decisions made on appeal to High Court and Court of Appeal.

PIR serves as a comparative guide on awards given in personal injury cases and together with the quantum table provided therein, practitioners will have available to them the most current source of information in this area.    

On Westlaw, quantum tables are linked to judgments, and the tables are sorted in different ways to enable quick access and provide clarity on the range of damages applicable to particular types of injury.

Unreported judgments

Presented through All Malaysia Electronic Judgments (AMEJ), this makes available judgments which are not reported in print. Catchwords are provided to give a quick guide to the case. The complete actual judgment transcript of the court is available in PDF format. We include links to cited cases and legislation to enable a seamless research experience.
